By default, Support Team sends you an e-mail each time we do some advertising or approve/reject a video or a photo you are trying to upload, each time someone subscribes to your account (profile), writes something on your wall, comments on your videos/photos, comments on your games and each time another user sends you a message. 


If you are a very active user in our community, it might overload your email box so we give you the option of managing your e-mail notifications.


To do so, just log into your into your account and click on 'YourUsername'.


Click on 'Edit Profile'.


Select the 'Preferences' tab.


  In the 'EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS' section, uncheck the boxes of the subjects for which you don't need an e-mail notification.  This will remedy the overflow.

To choose another language, click on 'the left top corner'  of the main page of the website, you can then choose a language from the list displayed. 


Although, the language options are there for easier understanding to our global community, please remember to use the English language when speaking and/or communicating with community members  at the tables ,for mutual respect to other players and to avoid colussion accusations. 


In your friend table(s) you are allowed to use any language you wish, it’s your table and your friends.
It is possible that your e-mail provider considers the e-mails from us as junk mail (spam).


If that is the case, see the FAQ page on the E-mails and on how to fix the problem.


By selecting “Not Junk” in your electronic mailbox it might fix the issue permanently but if the problem arises again check our E-mail FAQ’s or email 
Anytime you think someone is not respecting the rules, you can call a Moderator by clicking the ‘Help’at the bottom of each page.


In the chat box simply explain in a brief message the kind of problem you are encountering and the moderator will take it from there. 


A moderator will come to the table in the next few minutes and will take care of the situation. 


You can also "Flag" a member and report them to management. 


We take our rules seriously and will keep your name anonymous from the problematic member at all times and cost.


So, feel free to report! You will not be exposed.


But, do not abuse our reporting system either. We take all complaints very seriously!
